Terms and Conditions for Event Bookings

Cancellation Policy

• 75% refund if notified 2 months before the event;
  
• 50% if notified 1 month before;
  
• 25% if notified 7 days before the event;
  
• 0% if notified after this, cancellations must be made in writing.

If a BDA event is cancelled due to Government restrictions, full refunds will be made where possible.
