Teaching for Neurodiversity

Teaching for Dyslexia

These videos aim to provide an insight into teaching methods that have been shown consistently to be effective when working with dyslexic learners across the age ranges in education, from those struggling at the early stages of learning literacy, to those studying at Further or Higher Education (FE/HE).

The techniques used by specialist teachers working intensively with one or two learners will be particularly useful for:
• teachers/teaching assistants and learning support workers;
• parents/carers looking to help their child at home.

Other films show how a creative approach to the learning environment can cater for learners' needs across the spectrum of neurodiversity and result in benefits for all. We hope that these ideas will be inspirational for schools and teachers everywhere.
